Legal
Copyright, trademark, and source policy
Workflow Fixes is built to be a third-party reference site, not an official product documentation clone.
Independent status
Workflow Fixes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by n8n GmbH. References to n8n and other product names are nominative: they identify the tools and integrations discussed by the troubleshooting notes.
Trademark policy
Product names, service names, and logos belong to their respective owners. This site does not use official product logos as site branding and should not present itself as an official support, documentation, or certification source.
Copyright policy
Pages should use original wording, short factual summaries, and structured troubleshooting steps. Do not copy official documentation pages, examples, tables, screenshots, diagrams, or community answers wholesale.
Source policy
Indexable pages should cite primary sources where possible. Forum, Reddit, GitHub issue, and community discussions may be used to discover real user wording, but should not be copied as page content.
Accuracy policy
Automation tools change over time. Each source-backed page should include source links, access dates, and update dates. Users should verify production changes against official documentation before applying them to critical systems.
Diagnostic brief privacy
The diagnostic brief generator runs in the browser and does not submit, store, or email the text you enter. Do not paste passwords, API tokens, private keys, raw customer payloads, or private infrastructure details into any brief you later share elsewhere.
Affiliate and referral disclosure
Some tool links may be affiliate or referral links. Workflow Fixes may earn a commission, account credit, or referral reward if a reader signs up through those links. Recommendations should be based on fit for the troubleshooting or deployment context, not on the size of the commission.
Advertising disclosure
The site may show display advertising after an ad network approves it. Ads should be labeled or placed in recognizable ad areas and should not be presented as official n8n guidance, diagnostic output, or source-backed troubleshooting advice.
